Winemaking tecnics: Light fermentation in vats of lixiviation with
auto-vinificador and controlled temperature. Wooden stage.
Colour: Yellow pale gold.
Aromas: With notes of spice, almond.
Palate: In the mouth feels the training structure in wood, but soft, fresh and well-noted the grape sugar. The notes of spice and freshness are persistent in the aftertaste.
Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Gouveio (Verdelho), Rabigato and Síria.
Alcohol vol.: 19.80% | Volatile acid: 0.20g/dm3 | Baumé: 5.4 (very-sweet)
