Produced with the Portuguese varieties Touriga Nacional (30%),
Touriga Franca (50%), Tinta Roriz (20%). Fermented in stainless tank for
7 days at 25ºC. After the malolactic fermentation, 100% of the blend
aged in new French barrels for 12 months.
