BULAS 10 YEARS DRY WHITE PORT
This wine was made from white grapes with long maceration and
its fermentation, at a temperature of 22°C, was long to dryness
(when the natural sugar of the grape became almost all alcohol),
and brandy was added to nish. After this process the wine is
aged in French oak barrels (225L) for periods of 7 to 13 years.
Before bottling the best wines are chosen and blended to make up
this 10 Years Dry Porto. Amber/golden wine revealing notes of
apricot jam, nuts and almonds. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant,
with good acidity, predominating the dried fruits.
