Ferment in a stainless steel tank for 6 days at a temperature of 27ºc, initially going through a period of skin maceration intense. After the alcoholic and malolatic fermentation, the wine it remains in a stainless steel tank until bottling and commercialization.
Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca.
