CASA DA ESTEIRA DOURO WHITE 2017 DOC
The grapes are selected upon its arrival at the winery. After being destemmed and crushed, the grapes are gently pressed in open chute, allowing the aromas to stand out. The wine is moved to stainless steel vats where it undergoes a decanting process for 36 hours. After this period, the wine is transferred to a fermentation vat, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C for 23 days.
Varieties: 20% Old Vines (with a predominance of Gouveio, Esgana Cão, Malvasia Fina, Donzelinho and Samarrinho), 20% Rabigato, 20% Viosinho, 20% Codega and 20% Verdelho.
