Winemaking: Vinified in new French oak barrels followed by aging.
Tasting Notes: Citrus color with greenish reflections and bright appearance. Fine aroma of great complexity, highlighting white pulp fruits like vine peach. Marked by the granitic minerality of our terroir. In the mouth reveals a fresh and intense acidity balanced by the structure and linear texture. Long and persistent finish.
Bottled in June 2018. Production 2240 bottles.
Varieties: Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio.
Alcoholic content vol.: 14.00% | pH: 3.29 | Total acidity: 5.30g/dm3
