After a careful choice of varieties, they were de-stemmed and crushed.
It ferments in stainless steel vats, where a skin maceration was carried out. During 6 days of fermentation at 28ºC, aromas and tannins were extracted. After alcoholic fermentation, it finished the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, being then transferred again to barrels of the same category and aged for another 7 months. Then stabilized and bottled.
Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca.
