TACTUS RED RESERVE 2019
After a careful choice of varieties, they were de-stemmed and
crushed.
It ferments in stainless steel vats, where a skin maceration was carried out. During 6 days of fermentation at 28ºC, aromas and tannins were extracted. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. After blending and bottling, the wine remains for another 6 months for later marketing.
Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca.
