TAPADA DE FAVAIOS RED RESERVE 2019
After selecting the plots in the vineyard, in the winery the grapes are
crushed and taken to a stainless steel tank where alcoholic and
malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine ages for a period of
one year in French oak barrels with subsequent aging in the bottle
for 6 months.
Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta-Roriz and Tinto-Cão.
