C DE CEIRA 2018 – RED - GRAND RESERVE
VINEYARD: Single parcel from Sabrosa, aged 30 years.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
VINIFICACION: The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone laggers during all the fermentation process (10days). The aging and malolactic fermentation was developed in stainless steel vats and at the end the wine aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
TOTAL PRODUCTION: 1333 bottles of 75 cl.
ANALITICAL NOTES: Alcohol – 14,6% vol. • Total Acidity – 5,1 g/L (Tartarico Accid) • Volatile Acidity – 0,8 g/L (Acetic Accid) • pH: 3,78 • Total Extract: 36,2 g/L. / TASTING NOTE: With an intense purple color, the aromas unfold in ripe black fruit, floral notes and spices. Well integrated ripe tannins, not losing freshness and smoothness. Seduces by its complexity and voluptuousness.
